Meet Sarah, Operations Manager at Audentio
Sarah has been with our team for 2 years. She's an intregal part of our backend and customer service at Audentio.
What does your typical work day at Audentio look like?
My typical work day starts with checking emails and answering tickets. From there, it depends on the needs of the company- sometimes I'm doing finances or taxes, other times I'm working with clients to figure out what they will need in a project so I can write a formal proposal. Occasionally I'm able to work on specific projects, which is always fun.
What inspired you to choose your career?
It sort of happened by accident- my undergraduate degree is in musical theater, and I think I'll end up back there in some way one day. But in the meantime,I took a wonderful detour into the business world with this job and getting my MBA. I really thrive on helping people and doing meaningful work, so being in this position and getting to help both Audentio and our clients is very rewarding.
What's your favorite part of the job?
So many things about this job are my favorite! My co-workers are some of the greatest people, we have wonderfully diverse clients, and I'm constantly learning new things because our clients operate in so many different industries. If I had to choose just one thing, I think I'd go with the times we get to meet with our clients in person. Being part of a digital company means that we don't usually have the chance to work with clients face to face, so when we meet in person it's so much fun.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
My free time is all over the place. I have an awesome dog named Sophie- she's high energy so we go to the dog park and wander the woods pretty frequently. If the weather's warm you'll catch me outside riding my motorcycle or hanging out near the water. When it's colder I enjoy painting and reading.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Live anywhere in the world? That's tough. I'm from the Gulf Coast, and I love that area so I'm drawn there. Ideally, somewhere warm with beautiful scenery that's not a city or suburb.
