UI.X 2 Pro Terms
All terms are preceded by our Paid and Premium License and Terms of Service first and foremost. Anything that follows is in addition to or slightly modifying, but apply specifically to the UI.X 2 Pro terms. They are not copied here for ease of reading.
UI.X 2 Pro Deliverables
UI.X 2 Pro, though strictly a product of ThemeHouse, can also be considered a suite of other Products. Listing the products will be short-hand for listing the individual features the entire product adds. There are a few additional optional labor services as well.
UI.X 2 Pro is defined by licenses for the following products (henceforth referred to as Products):

- [TH] Covers
- [TH] Image Optimizer
- [TH] Nodes
- [TH] Monetize
- [TH] Install and Upgrade

The optional labor service is a hard cap of 30 minutes by one of our staff members. Those labor items consist of:
- Installing the working Products on one instance that Licensee designates
- Modifying 5-25 pre-existing settings based on Licensor's discretion
- Implementing customization requests, seen in this Agreement denoted by Allowed Customization Requests
- Any work should be only visible to administrator usergroup. Turning on UI.X 2 Pro suite of Products will be at Licensee's discretion
As this is a product, any revisions in functionality of the product should go through our issue tracker. Any revisions or functionality with respect to your specific board are strictly prohibited, though each case we will consider separately.
Allowed Customization Requests
UI.X 2 Pro is defined as a product. As an optional service, we also will accept the following information from the client and handle them as we see fit accordingly. Although no input other than the following is strictly allowed, special circumstances can be made on a case by case basis. In order to keep this as a product, we limit the manual labor and this is reflected in price and internal workflow Audentio/ThemeHouse takes. All services we do are at our discretion, we will need this agreed to before beginning.
Required input items we will need before beginning:
- Proper back-end/server access in order to perform the job will be required.
- Admin Control Panel access to your XenForo instance of choice
- Proof of a valid XenForo license
Custom input items of input we accept:
- Proper back-end/server access in order to perform the job will be required.
- Admin Control Panel access to your XenForo instance of choice
- A high resolution logo image file, source file, or other icon or symbolism Licensor deems usable
- 2-3 color options in hexidecimal format or other web-safe format
- Key macro-level keywords and names such as nodes, categories, topic, niche and the like
- Any number of images or icons that would be requested to be implemented
