Minecraft Twitch streamer Tubbo and his team came to us needing an online community for the streamers large online following. The new site, to be named TubNet, would need to visually match their current online store and brand. They also required a brand new online community for the users to engage with. We utilized the store's color palette, font, and rounded UI elements for the new designs.
With an ambitious timeline in place, we began the project and completed it in the time allotted, and the live site and community saw over 25,000 user registrations in the first 24 hours. The full project included:
Strategy and planning
UI/UX design process of essential views
Community development
Gamification concepts
Onboarding help pages and tutorials
Meetings, feedback, quality assurance, and training
Go live and post live support
In our newsletters we share strategies, tips, and inspiration to anyone involved in managing an online community along with updates, discounts, events, and other related information. We want to help build thriving online communities; not fill your inbox, so we typically only send 1-2 emails a month.
