Page Setup

Page style - Sets the overall page style regarding the space around the entirety of the content. The options are covered, fixed, and wrapped.

Wrapped

Content Wrapper - Allows you to set which elements to put inside the content wrapper.

Main content and sidebar

Main content only

No wrapper

Default width toggle - This setting allows you to set the styling for the default width toggle rather it be fixed, fluid, or you can just disable it.

Titlebar Location - Allows you to set where the titlebar should appear on the page.
