Messages

Original Poster indicator - Adds an indicator in the user post bit which shows who the original starter of the thread is.

Collapsible extra info - Adds a trigger to toggle the postbit extra information open and closed (such as joined, messages, trophies, etc..).

Postbit avatar size - Sets the size of the post bit avatar.

Post bit icons - Swaps out the user extra information labels for icons.

Remove message arrow - Removes the arrow on postbit for messages.
